Irina joined the Penn Office of Investments in 2018 and currently focuses on the venture capital and private equity investment program for the University’s endowment and pension plans.

What excites you most about the work you do at Penn?

The ability to invest across so many different asset classes allows us to be on the forefront of new and exciting opportunities on a global scale. No two days are the same, and it is a true pleasure to be able to meet and learn from some of the smartest investors in the world.

What impact do you hope to make through your work at Penn?

I hope that the work we do here increases opportunities for access to the world-class education that Penn offers. As a recent graduate and financial aid recipient myself, I know first-hand the difference that Penn's endowment can make for students.

What activity is at the top of your bucket list?

Travel to every continent.
