Allison joined Penn’s Office of Investments in 2026 and currently focuses on the absolute return program for the University's endowment and pension plans.
Prior to joining Penn, Allison worked at the Princeton University Investment Company for eight years, where she focused on marketable strategies and asset allocation.
Allison holds an AB from Princeton University.
