Ben joined Penn’s Office of Investments in 2026 and oversees the operations of the investment office, including operational due diligence, technology, and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Penn, Ben was a Principal at Vanguard in its Investment Management Division. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Legal Officer at Betterment and as a management consultant.
Ben holds a BA from Cornell University and a JD from Stanford Law School.
